Our team of Inspectors perform unannounced visits to all of our accounts and perform a 30 point comprehensive inspectors check, ensuring that at any given time our employees are providing a service that is up to the ARROW CLEANING standard. We also provide each of our accounts with an on-site Communication Log in which they can leave special requests for their janitorial team and when you need to speak to someone at our office we promise that you will always speak directly with an Owner or Manager.
